Viscuso and Wang with first team

From the red and white youth team to the first team to lend a hand in the gym at Cucine Lube Civitanova. Spiker Federico Viscuso and middle blocker Mario Wang, both members of the 2009-born Academy Volley Lube, attended their first training sessions with coach Giampaolo Medei’s group. It was a golden opportunity to improve their game alongside the Italian vice-champions and to make a valuable contribution to the senior team in the initial phase of their athletic preparation. Federico, who already has experience with the Under-20 national beach volleyball team, comes from Lazio, while Mario, in his second year with the Cucine Lube youth team, is Tuscan. Both try to keep up with their teammates’ pace without holding back, but they have to deal with the fatigue and speed of a SuperLega team.
