The traditional workshop dedicated to sponsors, organized by Gas Sales Bluenergy Volley Piacenza, took place in the evocative setting of the Rivalta Castle.

An intense afternoon, opened by Elisabetta Curti, President of Gas Sales Bluenergy Volley Piacenza, who, in welcoming the participants, underlined:
“How important and beautiful it is to meet and work as a team. Communicating, sharing, comparing: these are fundamental actions that strengthen relationships and make you grow. And even improvisation, as spontaneous as it may seem, needs to be trained, because only in this way does it become an effective communication tool”.

The meeting saw the participation of over forty partner companies of the company, gathered around the theme “Communication that creates connections”. An opportunity to reflect on the value of communication through the engaging experience of theatrical improvisation, led by the professional trainers of Improforma.

Three thematic workshops were proposed during the afternoon: Effective communication, adaptation and stress management; Creative problem solving; Empathy and connection. From each of these three key rules were born:

Human connection: actively listen and develop empathy;
Mistake as a resource: welcome the mistake as part of the growth process;
Yes and… accept and relaunch: train flexibility and open-mindedness to face the unexpected.

A chiudere i lavori, uno spettacolo di improvvisazione teatrale che ha visto protagonisti sia i formatori che alcuni sponsor, dando vita a un momento di partecipazione attiva e divertente.

Marcello Savi, CEO of Improforma, underlined how “improvisation is not superficiality, but a skill that must be trained mentally, without being afraid of mistakes”.

Grand finale with the speech of Giuseppe Bongiorni, General Manager of the CGI Group and Vice President of Gas Sales Bluenergy Volley Piacenza, who highlighted “how important empathy is at a time when we are increasingly talking about artificial intelligence: a technology that represents the future, but that will still have to be managed”.

Monica Uccelli (Marketing and events manager of Gas Sales Bluenergy Volley Piacenza): “This workshop closes a season full of events designed to create opportunities for discussion, stimulate new ideas, strengthen the bond with our Business Community and also to have fun. It was a real team game, both on stage and behind the scenes. Regarding the Rivalta event, I want to thank the sponsors who collaborated to make it a success – Silvia Testa Consulting, Inside, Idea Marketing, Themalibero, I Cucinieri, Castello di Rivalta – and then a special thanks to all the colleagues who, with commitment and passion, contributed to the realization of the events throughout the season”.

The workshop ended with an aperitif in the guesthouse of the Castle.
