Following the announcement of the Serie A3 Credem Banca postseason schedules for the Playoffs and Promotion Playoffs, the Lega Pallavolo Serie A has announced the schedule for the Round of 16 Playoffs, with the first round (like the Quarterfinals and Semifinals) played as a home-and-away match, with a possible Golden Set.

The teams that finished second to seventh in their respective Regular Season Groups will participate in the Playoffs, with the Round of 16 between teams from different groups starting this coming weekend.
BCC Tecbus Castellana Grotte will face CUS Cagliari, Belluno Volley will face EnergyTime Campobasso, ErmGroup Altotevere San Giustino will face Viridex Sabaudia, JV Gioia Del Colle is ready to face Negrini CTE Acqui Terme, Sarlux Sarroch will take on Aurispa DFV Lecce, and Avimecc Modica will play Gabbiano FarmaMed Mantova.
After the Round of 16, teams will be re-ranked at each round, taking into account the joint standings based on the “points per game” criterion. The playoffs will determine the second team promoted to Serie A2; the other team that gains promotion will be the one that wins the play-off between Conad Reggio Emilia and Domotek Reggio Calabria.
