Commenting on the Serie A2 Credem Banca schedule, Torino coach Tommaso Zagni is fully aware of the challenges that await Conad Reggio Emilia in their return to the second division.
“It will be a very demanding championship, with a start full of tough matches and long away games right from the start. Therefore, we will need to be ready right from the start, both physically and in terms of play. Every match will be a battle, and it will be crucial to maximize the PalaBigi advantage, while also trying to earn as many points as possible, even away from home, to get closer to our goal of staying up as quickly as possible.”
The Torino coach is aware of the high level of the division, but urges the team to focus on their own path.
We’ll be facing opponents with top-quality rosters, some of which are almost Super League-caliber, and we know there could be some tough moments during the season. We’ll have to take it one game at a time, preparing each week as best we can to be competitive against anyone. Then the pitch will tell. Personally, I can’t wait to start training: I’m confident I have a group ready to work with enthusiasm and fight for every ball.
