The 27th edition of the Del Monte® Boy League, the youth event organized by the Lega Pallavolo Serie A and reserved for Serie A Under-14 teams, is ready to kick off.
For the third consecutive year, Fano (PU) will be the home of youth volleyball: from Thursday, April 9th to Saturday, April 11th, eight of the best teams in Serie A will compete for the chance to lift the trophy, in a truly prestigious setting for emerging talent.
Final Standings of the Six Groups
Last year, Cucine Lube Civitanova triumphed in the Finals, celebrating their fifth Boy League title (2003/04, 2006/07, 2012/13, 2017/18, and 2024/25). The following teams will participate in this year’s edition: MA Acqua S.Bernardo Cuneo, Vero Volley Monza, Sir Susa Scai Perugia, Itas Trentino, Consar Ravenna, Cucine Lube Civitanova, Romeo Sorrento, and Allianz Milano.

DEL MONTE® BOY LEAGUE – THE FORMULA
It begins with the Preliminary Round: the 18 participating teams are divided into six groups of three teams; three one-day matches are played for each group, for a total of nine matches per group. At the end of the preliminary rounds, the first-place team in each group and the two best second-place teams based on the head-to-head rankings qualify for the Final Eight.
The Final Eight consists of a preliminary round of eight teams: participation will be reserved for the eight teams that win the Preliminary Round.
All matches will be played over three sets, with each set won awarding one point. At the end of the second set, a draw will be held to assign the courts. In the third set, when one team reaches the 13th point, the courts will be switched.
