Providing new generations with the tools to build their future, combining sport, university education, business, and social responsibility. This is the mission of the LUBE Academy Foundation, presented Monday at Villa Lauri, home of the University of Macerata, through the “Building the Future, Beyond Sport” program, born from the collaboration between the Lube Group and UniMC, under the patronage of CONI Marche.
The goal is to transform the wealth of experience gained in over thirty-five years of sporting activity into a model capable of supporting young people not only in competitive practice, but also in study, personal growth, and entering the world of work. This project connects universities, businesses, institutions, families, and sports associations, creating an educational journey that extends well beyond the playing field.
The evening was attended by the CEO of the Lube Group Fabio Giulianelli, promoter of the initiative, the president of the Marche Region Francesco Acquaroli, the rector of the University of Macerata John Francis McCourt, the president of CONI Marche Fabio Luna, the director of the Department of Educational Sciences, Cultural Heritage and Tourism Simone Betti, together with the professor of the new degree course in Motor and Sports Sciences for Inclusion Alessandra Fermani.
