While the Block Devils’ season in the top division is now over, with a stellar record confirming Perugia among the top teams in world volleyball, the Bianconeri club’s youth sector continues its journey, preparing to represent Sir Susa Scai Perugia at the national level!
The final phase of the most important event in the youth sector is about to begin: the Final Eight of the Del Monte® Junior League, the competition organized by Lega Pallavolo Serie A for Under-20 teams from SuperLega clubs.

Del Monte® Junior League 2026: the Final Eight kicks off on Sunday, May 31st!
The final act of the event bringing together the eight best Under-20 teams in Italy is fast approaching, and… Perugia is there!
The 33rd edition of the Del Monte® Junior League 2026, the “Trofeo Massimo Serenelli,” will kick off next Sunday, May 31st.

The youngsters from President Gino Sirci’s thriving youth academy are ready to take center stage with the same determination and authority that earned them a spot among Italy’s “fantastic eight”!

After beating Cuneo with a resounding 3-0 victory in Game 1 of the qualifying semifinal, held at the PalaSir in Santa Maria degli Angeli on Thursday, March 19th, the young Block Devils repeated their success with an away win, qualifying for the Final Eight.
At the Palasport in Cuneo, the boys, led by Andrea Piacentini, were the protagonists on the court with a solid and quality performance, after a sprint start by the home team, who—with only one possible result—tried to level the score and play for the golden set.

To advance to the next round in Perugia, winning two sets was enough, but the Block Devils weren’t content with just advancing, going on to secure a landslide victory!

The final event begins Sunday, with the Finals being held in Bologna at two venues: the Palasport in Ozzano nell’Emilia and the PalaZanetti in San Lazzaro di Savena.
