Atlantide Pallavolo Brescia continues to strengthen its staff ahead of the 2026/2027 season, announcing the arrival of Ermanno Salomoni as the new official play-by-play announcer for the first team’s matches.
A native of Brescia born in 1978, Salomoni brings over twenty years of experience in the national volleyball scene, honed through his work behind the microphone in arenas and during broadcasts. His career has seen him cover some of Lombardy’s most prominent volleyball clubs, establishing himself as a familiar and respected voice among fans.
He began his career as an announcer between 2002 and 2005 with IBB Bonomi Bagni Bedizzole (Men’s Serie B1), followed by a stint with Nutriland Remedello (Men’s Serie B2) from 2008 to 2010. Between 2009 and 2011, he had his first spell with Atlantide Pallavolo Brescia, again serving as the announcer for their Serie B1 squad.
From 2010 to 2014, he was the voice of Olimpia Agnelli Bergamo (Men’s Serie B1), while between 2011 and 2016 he worked with two prestigious clubs: Saugella Team Monza—covering their journey across Women’s Serie B1 and Serie A2—and Vero Volley Monza during their Men’s Serie A2 and SuperLega seasons.
