Rinascita Volley Lagonegro welcomes Stefano Armenante for the seventh consecutive year: the Praia a Mare-born spiker will wear the red and white jersey again in the 2026/2027 Serie A2 Credem Banca season.
Arriving in the summer of 2020 from Tonno Callipo Calabria Vibo Valentia, Armenante has been part of every phase of President Nicola Carlomagno’s project, becoming one of its most authentic symbols over time. From the seasons in A2 until 2023, from the two stints in Serie A3 to the extraordinary run that culminated in promotion in 2024/25 and the splendid survival of the last championship: the Calabrian hammer has always been there, at the center of the red and white story.
“When I think back on these years at Rinascita, I feel so many emotions,” Armenante confides. “We’ve experienced wonderful moments, and others more complicated, but we’ve always remained united. This club has given me so much, both sportingly and personally, and I think the journey we’ve shared speaks for itself. Every season has left something in me.”
