The Del Monte Boy League 2026 final eight kicks off today, Thursday, April 9th, in Fano. Consar is among the participants in the final phase of the event, organized by the Lega Pallavolo Serie A Uomini in collaboration with Virtus Fano and reserved for Under-14 teams. The Ravenna-based club has won the trophy twice: in 1997 and 2016.
The eight finalists, who emerged from the qualifying rounds, are divided into two groups of four: Consar is in Group G, where they will face Allianz Milano, MA Acqua San Benardo Cuneo, and Itas Trentino, whom they will face in that order today at 5:00 PM at the PalaAllende in Fano, Friday the 10th at 9:30 AM in Cartoceto di Lucrezia, and Friday the 10th at 5:00 PM again at the PalaAllende. Group H includes Vero Volley Monza, Sir Susa Scai Perugia, Cucine Lube Civitanova (the defending champion), and Romeo Sorrento. The qualifying matches are scheduled for tomorrow and Friday, April 10th. All matches will be played over three sets: each set won awards one point. At the end of the qualifying phase, the top teams in each group advance to the semifinals, scheduled for the morning of Saturday the 11th. The third- and fourth-place teams will compete for fifth through eighth place. The two finals are scheduled at the Palasport Allende on Saturday the 11th at 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM. All Final Eight matches will be streamed live on the Legavolley YouTube channel.
