Mare&Volley Forlì conquers the second place available in the Serie A2 TIM Playoffs finals. Forli, playing at home, impose themselves for 3-1 over a stubborn Premier Hotels Crema. A match played with nerves. Mare&Volley Forli, after losing the first set and fighting head to head in the next one and nulling 2 set balls for Crema, grows throught the match, increasing the rhythm both with their service and blocking. Crema needs more than Cazzaniga, unstoppable at times. Forli waited for their hard balls and accellerated the match with their counterattack. Waiting for them in the final on the 22nd of may will be MArmi Lanza Verona.


MAtch 3 of the semifinals between Forli and Crema will also be the last match of the career of an extraordinary player, a star of the Italian Championship: Henk Jan Held. The ditch middle blocker, with an Italian passport, Olympic champion 1996 with the Oranges, says goodbye to his supporters after 15 season and 419 matches played in Italy.
