Torre’s back up, Andrea Vanini, is doing a great job, always ready to help whenever the head coach needs him. Andrea not only works with the first team but also in the Volley Lab, with the youngsters. He talks to us after the Città di Castello game and before challenging Cavriago.
“I haven’t had any good feelings during the game because I don’t care about my individual performance. When in the end the team loses, it’s only the global result that matters. The difference was in the focus on the simple things. We knew the start of the championship would be tough even if maybe we did not expect it to be that hard. I think we are struggling because of communication problems on court. We are resolving this little by little and even Ivanov and Bratoev, who had to face the language barrier, are starting to feel at ease”.
