Martin Lebl is the first of the five internationals to be back in Macerata. The big middleblocker from Prague was knocked out of the European Championships in Turkey at the first phase. He will head south with the group for the tournament in Tricase (near Lecce).
“It didn’t go well in Turkey – explained Lebl – We were defeated three times in as many games, but that was always possible given the extremely tough group in which we were drawn”.
