The players are enjoying their last few days of holiday before going back to training to prepare for the 2009-10 season. There will be 12 players under the orders of new coach Michele Totire. The new pair of setter is composed of Danish Axel Jacobsen and Filippo Sbrolla, who already played for two years in Mantova in the past. Outside hitter Antonov, middleblockers Leonardi and Rossi, spiker Botto and Brazilian middlenlocker Orestes Carvalho Junior are the other new faces. They will add up to spikers Barbareschi and Benito, libero Tognazzoni, outside hitter Frosini, who were all already there last season. Last but not least, there will also be young Carlo Alberto Cavalieri who was promoted to the first team.
