Città di Castello keeps building its roster for the coming season with the signing of an interesting youngster: Jacopo Massari. Born in 1988, the setter had given a hand to the club in training in the last playoffs when Noda Blanco and Lehtonen were off with their national teams. The interest to bring in the player might have awoken there.
“At the end of the 2010-11 season, we had wondered if it was not better for me to find a team in the A2, and one of the first option was Città di Castello – explained Massari – Then we decided I would need one more year to work on my game in Piacenza and I stayed there.
