Molfetta brings in a young talent in Elia Bossi, a middle blocker keen to make progress and prove himself in the Serie A. Born in Trieste in 1994, he came up in Modena’s youth academy and made the grade in the club’s first team last season under coach Angelo Lorenzetti. He finished runner-up in the Junior League 2011 and was elected best middle blocker in the Italian Championship Under 19 in 2013.
