Tough task but not impossible for the Italians, who conceded 3-0 defeats respectively against Kazan and Belgorod. Both will need a 3-0 or 3-1 to earn the right to play a golden set. Macerata will have Zlatanov back but Trento has to deal with further problems with Sokolov out as well as David Szabo.

2014 Challenge Cup
On Wednesday night, Latina will fight it out for a place in the Challenge Cup semi-finals, in which it would face the winner of Asse-Lennik (Belgium) and Istanbul BBSK (Turkey).To do so they will just need to take two sets to Calcit Kamnik, beaten 3-1 in the first leg in Slovenia. Latina is coming off two consecutive wins in the league, they got off the bottom position with Starovic exploding for 37 points in the last round.
