Daniel Castellani: “Let me explain my plan…”

“I can break down into four main concepts my idea of volleyball – said new head coach Daniel Castellani in his first interview – Solidarity in the team, playing schemes, aggressiveness and fighting spirit. The combination of setter and outside hitter is the main theme. I am thrilled to finally coach in Italy, in such a competitive league and team. It’s all very nice and very exciting.
