Trento will enjoy the services of spiker Filippo Lanza for at least another two years as he put pen to paper on a deal that will keep him at the club until June 30, 2017. Lanza had begun his career at Trento as an Under 16 player, and not long after that he made his debut in the first team and in the Italian national team. His impact has been growing year after year until the 673 points scored in the 47 games played last season (only Kaziyski did better).

“I am proud to be part of this club – said Lanza – The team is taking shape, we’re going to be even younger than last season but we’ll have a lot of talent which we’ll try to show as we can through hard work in the gym. If we train hard I’m sure we can go far in all the competition we’ll take part in”.
