Piacenza secured the services of the Italo-Brazilian Davidson Lampariello. Versatile, he can both cover the spiker and libero position. Lampariello has already played in Italy for 8 years, 6 of which in the top division. He played for Cosenza, Pineto and Macerata where he won the League title, the Super Cup and Challenge Cup under the orders of coach Giuliani. In 2013, he left Italy and moved to China. In March 2015, he left Brazil, where he was playing in the second division to come back to Italy with Corigliano.
