Civitanova made another move on the market with the addition of Denys Kaliberda. Born in 1990 in Poltawa, Ukraine, but German, the spiker played last season for Perugia, which he helped reach the league final against…Civitanova. Kaliberda counts two other seasons in the SuperLega under his belt, in Piacenza and Vibo Valentia. At International level, he helped Germany get the bronze medal at the World Championships 2014.
“I am extremely proud to wear the Civitanova shirt – said Kaliberda – I have been following the club in Italy and Europe since I was a little kid and now I will finally be able to wear this red and white shirt. We’re facing an intense season, with the possibility to win in four different competitions.
