Setter Marco Fabroni: “The two-group formula will be a brand new experience. But I think the level of the division got higher. This will be a complicated season with a lot of competitive teams. The many games in just a few months means a crucial aspect will be to have a deep bench”.
Middle blocker Stefano Patriarca: “We’re facing an unprecedented situation but that’s the case for everyone. But I like this new formula, I think this is intelligent to divide the league in two groups. We’ll be in a group with quality teams like Santa Croce. Our physical fitness will be key in such a formula. We’ll have to try to be at our best when the playoffs comes. All the teams will need to have a roster capable of reacting to any situation, and I think our club worked pretty well in that regard”.
