Siena secured the services of Williams Padura Diaz. Born in 1986, the Cuban outside hitter played in Italy for the first time in 2008 with Cavriago (B1 and A2 division). He was the A2 top scorer in 2013-14 with Monza and played there at the level above the following season. Last year, he played in the Emirates with Qatar Police Team and finished top scorer.

“I was missing Italy too much – he said – I went abroad to know something new but I had to come back. This country is special and I am thrilled to be back to wear the Siena shirt. I’m sure this will be a good season because the club is making important investments on strong players. I am not used to saying those kind of things but I want to win it all this season”.
