Some will never forget this promotion that the club had been waiting for years and on Tuesday there was a special party to pay tribute to the team that wrote a new chapter and created a new starting point in the history of the club. The Sora town hall was the first eager to congratulate and celebrate this special result, which is why, in collaboration with Argos Volley, they organised this Gran Galà SuperLega promotion night.
“I thought the most intense emotions were left in Vibo but the feeling as we saw the packed Santa Restituta square for our team was a hundred times bigger – said President Gino Giannetti – It all began 30 years ago, we took a group of guys and stuck with them, they started young, became men and excellence in our sport, Stefano Frasca is a perfect example. Then there is Giacomo Paone, Luigi Duro who became the best in their profession, without forgetting Maurizio Colucci. I could go on with this list, all I can say is that the joy is immense but at the same time this is only a starting point”.
