Padova signed Filip Sestan. The Croatian spiker born on 6 june 1995 played last season at Mladost Marina Kastela, which he helped win a fifth consecutive National title. “I can’t wait to start playing in Italy – said Sestan – Padova is a very interesting team too. I had the opportunity to watch the team on television last season and I think the club will keep growing”. Sestan started to play volleyball at 14: “I also played football for a while – he explained – When I decided to dedicate to volleyball, some thought it was a “strange” decision. I don’t have any particular idol but I love the game so I am a player who watch a lot of volleyball too”.
Meanwhile, Gonzalo Quiroga will play next season for Obras Udap Voley, in Argentina.
