Stokr is back: “I’m the same as three years ago”

A press conference took place to introduce new addition Jan Stokr, who is back in Trento three years on: “At the beginning of May, I came here to say hello, I would never have expected to find myself here as a player of this club just a month and a half later – said the outside hitter – I am obviously delighted to be back. This is what I wanted and what I hoped for. As soon as Trento asked me, I told my agent to forget about taking into consideration any other offer. I wanted to come back at all cost. It’s a special feeling to wear this shirt. I’d like to start where I had left off three years ago before going to Russia and Korea. I had a look at the roster and indeed I will be the oldest which is a weird sensation but I’ll tell the fans that I am exactly the same as three years ago”.
