It was an easy win for Diatec Trentino at PalaTrento in Game 1 of Cev Cup Semifinal versus turkish Fenerbahce.
A clear 3-0, with Trento perfect in every single fundamental in first two sets. In third the visiting team tried to fight back, but especially in the fundamental of serve (9 aces, 4 by Filippo Lanza) Diatec made the difference also in third, winning set 25-23 and match 3-0.

Lanza Mvp of the game with 16 points and 79% in attack, well supported by Tine Uraut, 10 points for the slovenian, and SebastianSolè and Gabriele Nelli, 9 points each.
Fenerbahce was in trouble all game long, it was a bad night for setter Keskin, with the hammers with ugly percentages, Toy 19% and Sket 23%. The best scorer for the turkish team was Quesque with 9 points.

Coach Angelo Lorenzetti said: “despite the result we’ll go in Turkey with the consciousness we are only at half way, for the qualification to the final. In Istanbul we’ll be ready to fight”.

Game 2 will take place next saturday in Istanbul at 18.
