With the transfer market closed, Mister Barbiero as well as his new team are counting down to the start of next season. There is a month left for the start of work in the gym for next season and the technician from the Cave del SOLE draws a balance sheet on the market of the red and white club of president Nicola Carlomagno.

Mister how would you define the Lagonegro market?

The Lagonegro Rinascita market was very attentive this year, we managed to make a very balanced team with many prospects. The diagonal setter -opposite (Izzo Wagner) guarantees experience, quality and a very good level of play. For the central department, it is a great pride for us to be able to reconfirm Bonola and to have two young power plants with great prospects like Orlando and Biasotto.

For the spikers we have a very interesting group: Lecat who is a very strong player, with experience and balance. Then we have two young people with great prospects who are Panciocco and Armenante who will certainly be able to give what this team needs: that is the youthful spirit that brings with it aggression and boldness, which is what is needed for a team that has ambitions. The libero El Moudden who did well last year and deserved confirmation. The completion of the squad is then done by young people who want to do: the setter Mastrangelo will give us great quality in training but also his contribution on the field when necessary. The second libero Di Carlo is a guy who has a great desire to do and who will work with great determination as well as the second opposite who is Morgan Biasotto. We closed with the very young Mohamed Azaz El Said who is our flagship who comes from the youth sector.

You have already had the opportunity to talk to everyone, what do you think of the group that will be formed already from the retreat scheduled for August 18th?

The group has a great desire to work: I’ve heard them all and they can’t wait to get started. For all this I have to thank the company and the President Carlomagno, who again this year has put in resources and energy to be able to set up a competitive team.
