Agustin Loser’s first words after the signing of the contract that will tie the Argentine player to Allianz Powervolley for two seasons in the Superlega. An important transfer market hit for the club and for the roster available to coach Piazza. Considered with one of the great promises in his role, Agustin Loser invests us with his enthusiasm for the adventure that awaits him in the Superlega with the colors of Milan.

Agustin Loser, new Allianz Powervolley Milano player, what was your first thought when you decided to join this club?

They spoke to me very highly of the team and the first thing I thought is that I am very happy and excited to play for this very important club.

What are your technical and physical characteristics that Milan fans will be able to appreciate?

I am fast and I believe it has become my main feature. Since the other players in my role are all very tall, I worked hard to be good at all fundamentals to make up for my lack of height in another way.

Milan’s goals for this season are ambitious, your signing represents an important step for the club. I think your motivation is very high, what are your goals as an individual player and what are your team-level goals?

On an individual level I will try to give my best, to play well for myself but also for the club, trying to give everything I have. As for the team, Milan finished their last championship in the quarter-finals of the championship, so I think getting to the semi-finals is our goal. The Super League is a very difficult championship, but we will try.

25 years to go and you have already reached important milestones, if I think with your national team last year at the Olympics the bronze medal, but also on an individual level you are considered among the best emerging players on the international scene. Milan had been targeting you for some time, do you feel the responsibility of your engagement or is it a stimulus?

I feel the responsibility that my engagement entails but as I have already said I am very excited to play for Milan and in the Superlega. Now I am in retirement with the national team and the thoughts are on the VNL and the world championship, but I am very motivated for next season. Everyone has told me so many good things about Milan and I can’t wait to find out too: the fans, the club and everything else.
