Another piece of great quality is inserted in the complex organizational architecture of Volley Prata. This is Francesco Gagliardi, a forty-four year old technician with a vast and qualified experience in the youth sector who enters the company organization chart with the role of Technical Director of the Gialloblù Youth Sector. Gagliardi, originally from S. Stino di Livenza, after his career as a player he began to become passionate about trained volleyball from a very young age. He began to coach in 2003 at the Motta Volleyball and at the same time worked as a Selector of the Territorial Representative where he won two regional titles and two bronze medals. In 2007 he moved to San Donà, where he remained until 2016. In 2012 a historic title of U18 Veneto regional champion that had been missing for twenty years in the province of Venice and in 2014 the gem of the title of Vice Champion of Italy U15 . Then in 2017 the transfer to the province of Trento in the Lagaris project, where he has been a DT until now. In all these years, in addition to those who landed to play in the professional series, Gagliardi has accompanied over twenty athletes to be selected to participate in the Trophy of the Regions with Veneto and 6 in the Club Italia Project.
