Second Round of Second Half, and first of 2023, of this A2 championship by CREDEM BANCA and at the PalaBarbazza in San Donà di Piave on Saturday evening the BAM Acqua San Bernardo Cuneo arrives for a challenge which for the green-and-whites means yet another opportunity to try to a difficult season, dotted with misfortunes and obstacles, but which didn’t in the least affect the desire to try “until the end” as they would say around Turin.
Cuneo arrives in San Donà after losing his unbeaten run at home in the first return match against Brescia 1-3 (same result as the first leg), eighth in the standings with 20 points and with a great desire to redeem the defeat against toucans in fact and thus start 2023 in the best possible way. HRK Motta di Livenza started the second leg with a defeat in Reggio on Boxing Day for 3 to 1, aware of having lost another opportunity to try to climb an increasingly complicated ranking. In the first leg, Cuneo won 3-0 with partial matches, however fought, in the past season all the precedents were in favor of the Piedmontese who won both games of the regular season 3-0, while in the two play-off challenges they managed to get the upper hand only at the tiebreak.
