It’s almost time for the start of a new volleyball season that will see Avimecc Volley Modica once again the protagonist in the A3 series championship. In the summer months, the management of the “Galletti” worked hard and at 360° to be ready from all points of view right from the beginning of the preparation of a high-level season which should be that of relaunching the sextet of the County that aims to be among the protagonists of the A3 series championship.

“It seems like yesterday when we closed the season, and – explains the top manager of the blue-and-whites – already in a month we will resume preparation for the new A3 series championship with renewed ambitions, many hopes and various novelties. For me as president a little more, but I also think for all the others there is always a lot of emotion. In all of us there is a great desire for redemption after the too many ups and downs of last season. We have lots of news and lots of expectations, including the passing of the baton between coach D’Amico and Enzo Distefano in whom we all place so much trust. Enzo – he underlines – has been with us for several years now, he started from the bottom, he has worked his way up and now he will have the opportunity to be the protagonist as head coach in a difficult championship like the A3 series, where he will be able to demonstrate all his skills and its preparation. We are curious to know the new signings and how they will integrate with the hard core of our roster, but we are quite confident on this aspect because we think and hope that we have made a good market even if the supreme judge in this case will always be the field . Our dream, which is also our goal – continues the president of the blue-and-whites – is to make a top A3 series championship in such a way as to make people passionate and fill the “PalaRizza” in the home games. We know that positive results are the right medicine to bring fans closer to the team, also because we are talking about an A3 series in which we will be the only team to represent not only the city of Modica, but all of Sicily. The A3 series is a very important championship and this year it will be even more demanding than in the past and this can only be seen by looking at the composition of our group which requires us to travel to almost all of Italy. We hope not to disappoint the expectations of those who follow us and to bring new people to the Palazzetto who can fall in love with this sport.
