Almost three months without a home win: 84 days to be precise. It was October 30, 2022, when the Spes Arena celebrated Da Rold Logistics’ last home victory, which came in four sets against Moyashi Garlasco. Since then, nothing more: Savigliano, Parma and Fano left the Dolomites with full loot in their pockets, while in the Santo Stefano derby against San Donà a defeat at the tie-break took shape.

In the meantime, however, external performance has literally risen. Because, after losing three of the first four races away from the province, the DRL has always scored points: in San Giustino (3), Montecchio Maggiore (three more), Macerata (1) and, above all, in the most recent races in Brugherio and Monselice, where Gian Luca Colussi’s boys signed two signature blitzes.

What does this mean? Simple: it means that the team with “travel sickness” – or, at least, that’s what was thought at the beginning of the championship – actually expresses itself well outside the Belluno borders. So much so that the performance away from home is higher than at home. The numbers, in this sense, speak for themselves: of the 26 points scored so far, 16 have been earned away and 10 at home.

That’s why, Da Rold Logistics can’t wait to get back under the net. And to give joy to your audience. Already on Sunday 22nd, when the Mirandola Stadium will arrive at the Arena di Lambioi (at 6 pm): penultimate in the rankings, but capable of bringing home 6 of the last 9 available points, by virtue of the knockouts inflicted on Bologna and Brugherio.
