New market hit for ErmGroup Pallavolo San Giustino, which managed to secure the performance of central Marco Bragatto, another player who in the Serie A3 Credem Banca championship that has just ended was an opponent of the biancazzurri, having worn the Abba Pineto shirt. Born in 1997 and 196 centimeters tall, Bragatto grew up in 4 Torri, a club in Ferrara, his hometown, with a path that has always grown: victory in the Serie C championship in the 2014/’15 season, with militancy in B1 and subsequently in single B until 2020; in the summer of three years ago, the transition to Sa.Ma. Portomaggiore in A3, then remaining in the category with San Donà di Piave and finally Abba Pineto, where this year they won the Italian Cup and played in the play-offs after finishing second in the White group. “I felt the need to experience another year as a protagonist and I thought that San Giustino could be right for me – said Bragatto – because on a technical level the management is preparing a very good staff. A really nice corporate project, to which I immediately said yes”. Is there a fundamental in which Bragatto is specializing? “Let’s say that in recent years I’ve been doing better blocking than attacking, whereas at first the situation was the opposite. Either way, point to both. In San Giustino, where I only played a few months ago (victory of Bartolini’s biancazzurri for 3-1 over Pineto, dated December 8th n.d.a.), I’ve never been and here I’ll find my friend Augusto Quarta at the center, of whom I’ve already been teammate in Portomaggiore in A3 in the 2020/’21 season”. Therefore, another pawn of undoubted value was placed by the sporting director Valdemaro Gustinelli, who obviously still has to complete the work of setting up an ErmGroup capable of staying on the upper quarters of the standings. In the meantime, say hello to the other centre-back Piergiorgio Antonaci, one of the creators of the last championship, to whom the club thanks him for what he has been able to do and wishes him a happy career continuation.
