Now the high school exam, then the experience with the first team of Emma Villas Volleyball for the entire next competitive season, during which he will be part of the first team. Already last year in two games Federico Pellegrini, spiker born in 2004, had gone to the scoresheet. And he had already trained at the PalaEstra on numerous occasions with Nemanja Petric and his companions. Meanwhile Pellegrini has completed his career with the white and blue youth sector, which culminated with the Junior League played a few weeks ago in the Marche region. Now the young spiker, who will turn 19 in July, is preparing for next season, and for the first time he will be part of a first team. And he will immediately begin his career “when he grows up” in Serie A, in an A2 tournament. He will do so after completing the final exam, which he is currently taking. A promotion is therefore made for him, after having done the whole process in the youth sector of Emma Villas Volley. Pellegrini was born in Montepulciano and lives in Sarteano, where he started playing volleyball.

Federico Pellegrini, next season you will be part of Emma Villas’ first team: what are your emotions?

“I tried so many when I got the news. With this company I did the whole process of the youth sector, now the work done has paid off and has brought me here now. I’m happy. I’m really proud of this call to be part of the first team.”

What does it mean about the process carried out in the youth sector of Emma Villas Volleyball?

“I thank all the people I have met and with whom I have shared all these years: teammates, coaches, managers. I learned so many things, it’s thanks to all of them that I can now be part of Siena’s first team. We have made a great and long journey, over the years I have grown and matured and we have had a lot of satisfaction”.

Bringing a boy to the first team is a great satisfaction for a youth sector…

“Certainly. Emma Villas Volley has worked a lot on the youth sector and intends to do so with even greater commitment in the coming years. Working with young people is very important for a company, also from a future perspective”.
