The guest of honor at the San Filippo on Sunday will be the Tinet of Prata di Pordenone, led by the Boninfante – Papi duo who have built a complete and difficult sextet, capable of finding themselves with merit in seventh place in the standings, thanks to eleven victories – two more than Brescia – conquered on the field.

The Passerotti, compared to the first leg in which they prevailed 3-1 with an irrepressible Gutierrez, have one more graft that allows them to keep the Cuban opposite on the bench. In fact, Simon Hirsch arrived at the end of January to further strengthen the attack in place two, while the entire Friulian collective grew, becoming more and more familiar with the category. The challenge in Brescia will have a new flavor also because it will see the brothers Jakub and Michal Petráš opposed, crossed by the young and talented Porro (born in 2004). The direction is entrusted to Mattia Boninfante, with a deadly service, while the experts Scopellitti and Bortolozzo will be in the center. The libero is De Angelis.

Coach Zambonardi is realistic: “Four matches await us, one more complicated than the other, because we need to score points, both in terms of salvation and in the play-offs, and we meet sextets in great form. We begin by leveraging the support of our audience and aggressively addressing the Tinet, whose collective we fear, very well prepared. Their main weapon is the serve, but it is not the only one: we have to be better than them in that fundamental to keep the ball out of Boninfante’s hands, a playmaker capable of setting up a fast and difficult to read game”.

Kick-off at 6pm, pre-sales open on the Vivaticket circuit and at the cash desk at San Filippo from 4.30pm.

Referees: Serena Salvati, Gianfranco Piperata Video Check: Riccardo Mutti.
