Plus VolleyBall relies, for this 2023-2024 competitive season, on the expertise of the specialists operating in the Ninfa Rehabilitation Clinic, who have been entrusted with the preventive care of the athletes’ health with annual sports medicine visits. There were two days dedicated to periodic checks of the players. The visits were carried out in the structure that houses the outpatient clinic in Cisterna di Latina in via Carlo Rosselli 2. This year, as expected, all the players have passed the medical checks positively and are ready to face the training sessions with greater energy which, under the guidance of coach Leondino Giombini, they promise to be very intense. The objective, of course, is to arrive prepared for the championship, which appears to be particularly difficult, given the high level of the teams involved.

Paul Ferenciac (Plus Volleyball Sabaudia): “Training started positively. As expected at the start of the championship, we are working hard both in weights and in athletics to be ready for the start of the championship scheduled for Sunday 15 October. We are a very close-knit group, no one spares themselves and I hope that we can create as much cohesion as possible between us because it is a very important factor for a successful season.”

Antonio De Paola (Plus Volleyball Sabaudia): “We started training a week ago, which has already turned out to be very intense as it should be. We work every day, knowing that the championship will not be easy. However, in my opinion, we are already blending well and this represents a good sign for the future season.”
