The news that Allianz Milano will play the eventual round of 16 of the CEV Cup in Cagliari was made official a short while ago by the Sardinia Regional Committee of Fipav. The initiative to bring a match of the European men’s volleyball competition to Sardinia was put forward a few days ago thanks to the excellent relations between the president of Allianz Milano, Lucio Fusaro, and the president of the Sardinia Regional Committee, Eliseo Secci. Now as mentioned, the official note we report below. In between, obviously, there is the return match against the Belgian team Decospan VT Menen scheduled at the Tomabel Hall in Roeselare on Wednesday 29 November at 8.30pm during which Milan will have to win at least two sets.
