The tricolor flies on the balconies of town halls throughout Italy. It makes a beautiful display on balconies and monuments. It is a pride to see that green, white and red flag telling our story, the deeds of those who fought to make us become the nation we are today.
April 25th is the anniversary of the liberation of Italy. It all happened in 1945. Without memory there would be no future. Liberation is our history, our starting point towards tomorrow.
