After their triumph in the first edition and their second, narrowly missed, final appearance last year, Cucine Lube Civitanova will also participate in the 3rd Jesi Volley Cup, scheduled for Saturday, October 11th and Sunday, October 12th at the PalaTriccoli in Jesi. This will be a sort of grand rehearsal that will mark the countdown to one week before the start of the SuperLega Credem Banca championship.
In addition to the red and whites, competing at the Marche facility will be Allianz Milano, Gas Sales Bluenergy Piacenza, and Yuasa Battery Grottazzolina for a top-level preseason event. The event, organized by Jesi Volley & Sport, in collaboration with the Municipality of Jesi and sponsored by the Lega Pallavolo Serie A, with the support of its main partner APRA, will provide a showcase of champions for the province of Ancona for the third year in a row. Predators from across the region are expected.
The semifinal pairings and, consequently, the name of Lube’s first opponent will be announced in October at the event’s presentation conference. This year, too, there will be plenty of collateral activities for children and the promotion of volleyball with the support of the Fipav Ancona Territorial Committee and the schools of Jesi.
