To complete the 2025-26 roster, a highly experienced opposite is missing. The club enthusiastically welcomes Andrea Argenta to its roster, an opposite with great experience and talent, ready to wear the thermal jersey in the 2025/2026 Serie A3 season.
Born in 1996, 205 cm tall, Argenta brings with him an important technical and human background gained in a career that has seen him protagonist also at the highest levels of national volleyball.
Originally from Verona, Andrea made his debut in Serie A with Club Italia in the 2015/2016 season, and then continued between Serie A2 and A1 with the jerseys of Potenza Picena, Modena, Ravenna, Calci, Trento, Lagonegro, Aversa and Catania, with whom he played the last season in Serie A2. He also wore the blue jersey both at youth level and in the senior national team with which he debuted on May 19, 2018 against Australia.
“I’m excited for this new adventure. I think we’ll have a lot of fun,” Argenta said in his first interview with the Acqui club. “Teams that have ambition, that try to win, are always stimulating. They never give you a reason to back out.”
