The Play Off Final, best of three games, opens with the 5:30 pm face-to-face between Gruppo Consoli Sferc Brescia, second in the standings at the end of the Regular Season, and MA Acqua S.Bernardo Cuneo, a team that faced the Play Off A2 Credem Banca after placing fourth in the first phase. The Tucani have never made the jump to the SuperLega in their history, but they came very close in 2020/21, when they lost the Final against Taranto. The same goes for the Piedmontese team, which has never gone beyond Serie A2, but participated in the Final for promotion to the top division in 2021/22, losing against Conad Reggio Emilia. The home team, who would also play the possible Game 3 at the Centro Sportivo San Filippo, eliminated Acicastello in two games and Siena in three matches in the direct clashes. The guests, however, got the better of Aversa in two challenges and Prata di Pordenone, turning the series around in the third round.
