Joy Volley Gioia del Colle officially appoints Barbara Costantini as Team Manager for the 2025/26 season.
Born in Bari and raised as a middle blocker at Amatori Volley, Barbara has combined her on-court experience with a solid academic background: after graduating, she earned a Master’s degree in Sports Management, choosing to pursue a management career with passion and determination.
Having joined the company since last November, Costantini will now be fully responsible for the organizational and management coordination of the club, the coaching staff, and the team, working closely with the President.
These are her first words after the appointment was made official: “Working for this club is a privilege. I have found a family here, and I must thank the President for the opportunity. Ambition is a great motivation: I am enthusiastic and motivated. For us, the new season began the day after the playoff semifinal. The goal is to constantly improve. I wish the season could start tomorrow: I can’t wait to relive those emotions, especially in front of all our fans!
