“Serenity and hard work.” After all, you don’t need many ingredients to cook up a successful volleyball dish: two are enough, assures “chef” Francesco Corrado. After the tie-break defeat last Sunday at the VHV Arena against Sarlux Sarroch, the twenty-eight-year-old spiker from Crotone and the entire Belluno Volley team are turning the page. And they’re preparing for their final away match of 2025: the one scheduled for Sunday, December 21st (7:00 PM) in Mirandola.
MORE READY – The Rhinos are experiencing a bit of a paradox: consistently victorious against the top five teams in the standings, but defeated by newly promoted Sav Trebaseleghe and the two Sardinian teams. “We lost points against mid- to lower-ranked teams, it’s true,” argues Corrado. “It’s equally true, however, that they played very well against us. The teams facing Belluno do so with the spirit of those who have nothing to lose. Consequently, we must be more ready and prepared for this.”
