Work is underway under the arches of the Pian di Massiano facility in preparation for Game 2 of the Superleague Play Offs. The Block Devils will be playing next Sunday, March 16, away on the Modena field, with kick-off at 7:00 p.m. This morning the boys worked in the gym where they did a weights session under the guidance of athletic trainer Sebastian Carotti, while in the afternoon they did technical-tactical training on the taraflex of the PalaBarton Energy.
Focus on Modena then, starting also from the analysis of the performance in the Champions League Quarter Finals match on Tuesday evening at the Opiquad Arena, where coach Lorenzetti’s boys achieved a “heavy” victory, 3-1, after being down a set at the start:
«That one is always good, because you have to reset – comments the Juventus coach – in the fourth set we put in all the inaccuracies that we hadn’t put in the other sets, but playing for two hours always at the same level is not easy. We went behind and could have gone to a tie-break, which was something we had planned for anyway, we’re going home with three points, even better.”
