Davide welcome to the Folgore Family. You are fresh from a fantastic season with Cuneo (promotion to Superleague and victory in the Supercup), during which you were ready when you were called upon (they remember it well especially in Siena, 22 attacks and 6 blocks). What kind of season was it for you?
Yes, the 24/25 season was my first experience in the A2 championship, and without a shadow of a doubt it was crowned by the achievement of promotion to Superleague and the victory of the Supercup.
I was very lucky because having played most of the first half of the season gave me the opportunity to express myself and acquire greater awareness.
Why did you choose Sorrento and what kind of championship awaits us?
I admit that choosing Sorrento was an easy choice, it is a volleyball reality that is only spoken of well and I am sure that it will allow me to add some important pieces to my journey as an athlete and not only. The strength and spirit of the team that have distinguished Folgore in the A3 championship, I believe that it is fundamental to best approach a championship like the one that awaits us, being very balanced it will be necessary to enter the field with foam at the mouth on every single occasion.
