Calendars tomorrow

Tomorrow, Thursday, July 17, Consar will learn its path in the 2025/26 A2 championship, its fourth consecutive season. The presentation ceremony for the SuperLega, A2, and A3 championship calendars will take place in the halls of the Zanhotel & Meeting Centergross in Bentivoglio. The ceremony, organized by Legavolley, will feature official greetings, awards ceremonies, entertainment, and a presentation of the championship schedules, as well as event dates, championship formats, and the season’s new features. The event is scheduled for 2:30 PM. During the calendar presentation ceremony, the Lega awards for last season will be presented. And with great satisfaction, Porto Robur Costa 2030 welcomes the news that Tommaso Guzzo will be recognized as the best Italian Under-23 A2 player. This is the “Gianfranco Badiali” Award, dedicated to the Falconara volleyball player who died of an illness in 1988, after whom the Falconara sports hall is named. The award is based on the statistics of the completed regular season and the votes of the season’s clubs.
Guzzo earned this recognition thanks to an excellent season with Consar Ravenna, which he concluded with impressive numbers: 490 total points and 421 winners, which earned him fourth place overall, 32 aces, and 37 blocks.
