Cisterna Volley continues its training program, with two sessions of athletic and technical work, ahead of the second test of the season, scheduled for Saturday, September 20th, at home against Perugia, a repeat of last week’s joint training session at Pala Barton.

To take stock of the situation, Jacopo Tosti spoke: “Playing on Saturday, again against Perugia, is very stimulating. We revisited (in the video room) many moments of the Pala Barton test, analyzing what went wrong, and we’re really eager to implement the work we’ve been doing these past few days to fill the gaps. Facing the European champions highlighted some of our difficulties, but at the same time we managed—for part of the game—to play good volleyball. The Perugia test, personally, helped me break the ice, to get a feel for the competitive spirit. We’re aware that, with so many new players, it will still take time to achieve the right balance: the goal, of course, is to find the right balance when the matches that matter for the standings arrive. We know for the most part what our weaknesses are, and we’re <taking care of> them with great care.”
