Cisterna Volley’s work week began this morning, preparing for their next SuperLega match (eighth round of the first leg): on Sunday, November 30th (6:00 p.m.), Morato’s team will play in Perugia, home to the European champions. The schedule includes double sessions today and tomorrow (training and ball in the morning, ball only in the afternoon), an afternoon workout on Thursday (ball), another double session on Friday (training and ball again in the morning, ball only in the afternoon), and morning work on Saturday; then they depart for Umbria.

Sir Susa (fresh from their defeat in Trento) will also play tomorrow (Wednesday): they will host Vero Volley Monza (in the early game of the first round of the second leg), then on Sunday the eighth round of the SuperLega against Cisterna. Filippo Lanza spoke about the PalaBarton match. “We know we’ll be facing a very strong opponent, there’s no point in beating around the bush, but that doesn’t mean we’ll be beaten: they’ll have to fight for every point, and nothing can be taken for granted,” the spiker emphasized. “We’ll definitely face a team that, in addition to its strength, will also show a strong desire to bounce back after losing against Verona and Trento.”
