After a day of rest after returning from the away game in Pineto, Coach Petrella’s team resumes training ahead of their first home match at the PalaParenti in S. Croce sull’Arno.
Today, the team completed a double session with weights and technique in the morning and a technique-only session in the afternoon. The same program will be repeated on Thursday. A single training session on the taraflex is scheduled for Wednesday and Friday in the afternoon. The final finishing touches are scheduled for Saturday, early in the afternoon, ahead of the match the following day.
On Sunday, September 26th, our players will meet at the PalaParenti in Santa Croce sull’Arno for their first home match against Sviluppo Sud Catania.
